Preferred Properties Group represents Buyers, Sellers and Landlords in Florida real estate transactions.

A detailed understanding of the land, communities, politics, and local customs of the areas that we serve plays an important role in the service that our firm provides. Our primary role is to listen to the needs and aspirations of our clients and then use our knowledge of the local area and the real estate industry to help them achieve them.
As a locally owned and managed company, we provide the local expertise and global reach needed to serve our clients. We embrace technological innovation and use technology based tools to enhance the level of service that we provide. Technology tools, when used properly in real estate, can aid in property searches, enable live virtual showings, and make the transaction management process more efficient. We do not view technology as a substitute for personal service.
We welcome referrals from agents in other areas and regularly introduce clients to outstanding real estate professionals who specialize in locations and property types that are outside of our area of expertise.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was an equities trader with large, well-known securities trading firms. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of South Florida.
