Express Sale

An Express Sale is a marketing method where a property is publicly marketed with a deadline for all offers. Unlike an auction, the buyers in an Express Sale do not know how much other buyers are willing to pay for the property when they submit their offer. For sellers who simply want their property listed in the MLS and on the major real estate websites such as realtor.com and zillow, we offer a low cost, flat fee listing service. Brokerage Representation is not provided. This service allows sellers to save on brokerage costs by selling their property on their own while having it listed in the MLS.
