Pelican Landing is a large, gated master planned community conveniently located between US 41 and Estero Bay in Bonita Springs. The golf club inside of Pelican Landing, Pelican’s Nest Golf Club, opened in 1985. The first residents of Pelican Bay moved into the community in 1990.
