Pelican Landing is a large, gated master planned community conveniently located between US 41 and Estero Bay in Bonita Springs. The golf club inside of Pelican Landing, Pelican’s Nest Golf Club, opened in 1985. The first residents of Pelican Bay moved into the community in 1990. The naturally beautiful Pelican Landing community encompasses 2,365 acres and is bordered on the south by Spring Creek and on the west by Estero Bay, an aquatic preserve leading to the Gulf of Mexico.
