Andalucia is a gated community containing 167 single family homes, set on about 78 acres in Naples, Florida. The community is located in North Naples off of Whippoorwill Lane, south of Pine Ridge Road and west of I-75. Construction in the community began in 2007 and was completed in 2016.
The homes in the community are modeled after a Mediterranean-styled residential village. Andalucia features single-family homes ranging in size from about 1700 to 3900 square feet.
The floor plans available come in different configurations and include gourmet kitchens and open floor plans with high quality interiors finishes. Many of the homes have main floor master suites, paver driveways, barrel tile roofs and Eco-friendly features.
Andalucia homes feature either a lake or preserve view and are wired for high-speed Internet and include full-service landscaping.
The home owner’s association amenities include a community clubhouse, next to the gated entrance with a fitness center and a play area. Additionally, there is a resort-style swimming pool, heated spa, a covered lanai, and a resident’s clubhouse with a game room and kitchen. The fitness center features modern cardio equipment.
