Island Walk is a large residential community in Naples. The community is located at the intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Logan Boulevard, just east of I-75.
The community was developed by DiVosta, a division of Pulte Homes in the late 1990’s. The community is gated and is an ideal neighborhood for people seeking an active, exercise oriented lifestyle. The community has a series of lakes with large bridges and walkways. The layout is ideal for walking and riding bicycles. The large pathways provide a safe place to walk and ride without concern for cars. The community has an active social calendar and excellent athletic facilities including a large fitness center, Har-Tru tennis courts for both tennis and pickle ball, a resort style pool and a large lap pool.
In addition to the social and athletic amenities, inside of the gates of the the community there is a restaurant, a hair salon, a realty office, a postal center, and a fuel station.
The community is designed to be its own small town. There are several housing styles to choose from including single family residences, attached villas, and townhomes.
