Treviso Bay

Treviso Bay is a large, master planned community in South Naples. Treviso Bay has outstanding amenities including an 18-hole TPC/PGA designed championship golf course, Har-Tru tennis courts, a modern fitness center and a 54,000 square foot private club house that includes fine dining, shops and spa services, resort-style lagoons, and lap pools.

The community, which was launched during the housing bubble, was originally designed to be ultra-exclusive with million dollar plus homes and a private equity TPC golf course. In the aftermath of the housing bubble, Lennar Homes purchased the community in 2012 and amended the development concept from a golf equity, ultra-high end country club to a bundled amenity community with a golf course. At completion, Treviso Bay is anticipated to have approximately 1,450 residences – 800 with golf and social memberships, and 650 social only members. Social owners have access to all the amenities, except for the golf course.

TPC Naples, the golf course at Treviso Bay, is outstanding. It is the only TPC Network club in Southwest Florida. During Treviso Bay’s first year of development, the golf course hosted the PGA Senior’s Ace Classic tournament. The course features Paspalum Bermuda grass, making it one of the best conditioned courses in the area. With Paspalum the ball sits up both on the fairways and the rough.
